The best time for a massage is before your meal or after meal 1 hour minimum.
We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, as you will need this time to unwind and also to fill out our consultation form. Please respect your appointment time. Your treatment will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent a delay for the next guest.
Depending on how busy and the schedule of the therapist, it may cut into your massage treatment. So please make sure you are on time.
In the unlikely event you are running late, we ask you to send a text message / call to let us know.
All payments are to be made in advance with cash only. Thank you for understanding.
We are providing towels and cosy blanket for you to cover yourself. The therapist will step out of the room during you are undressing and re-enter again when you are ready.
Feel free to communicate with the therapist focus on pain/ache areas during the treatment and to tell how you are feeling comfort with the deep or gentle pressure, immediately.
The therapist will leave the room to allow you to take 5 minutes to slowly get up and dressed. If you wish to tip the therapist, please feel free to do so. All the tips will go directly to the therapist and will not be shared with anyone else.
In the unlikely event that your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, here is our cancellation policy. When you make a booking, the therapist’s diary is blocked off for your time. This means no one else can make a booking during that period. Please respect the business to call or text us as soon as you know, as we may have other customers on standby. More than 1 no show will result in you paying in advance for your treatment to secure your appointment if you would like to amend your booking you can do so by make a phone call or text us.
An ideal gift for everyone, gift vouchers are available at Thai Healing massage reception. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment. Expiration: 12 months from date of purchase.
We recommend that no jewellery to worn during treatment. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises
